"Living 4,000 miles away from the property and unable to physically meet due to Covid-19 required selecting a Realtor® via word of mouth, we couldn’t have chosen better. Karan assessed the property and put together a whole host of options on how to proceed. We then had a video call whilst Karan was in the home, so that we could agree on the next step, all done professionally and to suit us (5-hour time difference). We agreed on the listing price based on what the recent sales had been on the estate and given the features of our property. The property was listed on Thursday with an open house arranged for Saturday-Sunday and Monday (all arranged by Karan). By the close of play Monday, we had 20 written offers, 18 of which were either at or above listing. Not only that, but it set a new record for the estate, by lifting the top price by 9% from listing to closing was 6 weeks (including Christmas, New Year, and MLK) Closing went to schedule, constant communication by Karan. We can’t think of anything that could have been done better, even with hindsight."
